After receiving the antenna, I was able to assemble it in about 30 minutes.
Then I had to wait until the weather was right so I could set up the antenna.
The antenna is located at approximately 730 m above sea level at a height of about 6 m (see photo).
Now I had to wait again for the band to open. On April 26th, the time finally came, and I noticed that the 6m band was open. Since I was QRVing on FT8 at the time, I immediately switched to the 6m band and saw various call signs. I also saw the call sign ZS6AYE from South Africa. I had no hope of being able to reach the OM on 6m with the antenna, but I tried anyway. After just two or three calls, I was able to complete the QSO and received a 73 from ZS6AYE
I was therefore positively surprised by the antenna and can only recommend it, as it is easy to install and has a stable construction.
